Day 01: Mumbai

Arrive at Mumbai International Airport and after meeting & greeting with our local representative, transfer to hotel. Check-in at the hotel. Rest of the day at leisure. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 02: Mumbai

Breakfast at the hotel and time at leisure.
Afternoon, explore the city by visiting, the Gateway of India – an 85-foot-high arch whose design reflects India’s Muslim and Hindu traditions. Visit the Prince of Wales Museum and Mani Bhawan – a museum dedicated to the life and works of Mahatma Gandhi.
Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 03: Mumbai – Udaipur (By Air)

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and transfer to domestic airport for flight to Udaipur. Upon arrival at Udaipur Airport, transfer to hotel and check-in at the hotel. Time to relax and in late afternoon, enjoy the boat ride in Lake Pichola with sunset view. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 04: Udaipur

After breakfast, sightseeing of Udaipur by visiting -
The stunning City Palace, a marble complex that offers unforgettable views of the lake and its surroundings. It is in all its ancient glory, the residence of the Maharajas of Udaipur. It has several carved balconies, arches and decorated pillars, continue to the Crystal Gallery in Fateh Prakash Palace. Visit Sahelion Ki Bari (Garden of the Maids of Honour) famous for its spectacular lawns, fountains and shady walks before returning to the hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 05: Udaipur – Pushkar (280 Kms – 5 Hrs)

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and leave for Pushkar by surface. Arrive at Pushkar and check in at the hotel. Time to relax. In evening, explore Pushkar on your own.

Day 06: Pushkar

Breakfast at hotel and then sightseeing of Pushkar –
Pushkar is a sacred town. The Brahma Temple is the most famous Hindu temple dedicated to Lord Brahma who is considered the creator of the universe. Being the only temple dedicated to Brahma in India, it attracts lakhs of pilgrims every year. According to mythology, the Pushkar lake is supposed to have appeared miraculously when a lotus flower fell from the hands of Lord Brahma and dropped into this valley. On Kartik Poornima, thousands of pilgrims come to bathe in the holy waters of the Pushkar Lake. It is a grand travel experience held on a vast scale.
Experience the bustling Pushkar Fair, a colorful whirl of activity drawing people from all around the globe. See painted and adorned camels and cattle being traded; peruse stalls selling camel tassels and woven gypsy dowry bags. People visit the fair to witness the beauty of Rajasthani Culture. The fair is overwhelming in its magnitude and its visual impact. Evening sunset view at Pushkar, the sacred lake of Hindus. Overnight stay at hotel / tented accommodation.

Day 07: Pushkar – Jaipur (145 Kms – 3 Hrs)

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and leave for Jaipur by surface. Arrive at Jaipur and check-in at the hotel.
Afternoon sightseeing of the city of Jaipur visiting City Palace, Museum, Hawa Mahal, Ram Nivas Garden and drive past the pink Rose Residential and business areas of Jaipur.
Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 08: Jaipur

After breakfast, tour includes visit to Amber Fort – the ancient capital of the state until 1728. Ascend on the elephant's up back the hill on which the fort is situated. Return to hotel. Afternoon, explore the colourful bazaars of Jaipur where one can shop for Jewellery, Paintings, block prints, textiles, carpets, brassware, blue pottery etc. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 09: Jaipur – Agra (235 Kms – 4 Hrs)

After breakfast, checkout from hotel and leave for Agra by surface. Enroute visit Fatehpur - Sikri (40 kms. from Agra) - once the capital of Mughal Empire and abandoned after 15 years due to scarcity of water. Its fortifications and Palaces are in a wonderful state of preservation. Upon arrival at Agra, check-in at the hotel. Rest of the day at leisure. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 10: Agra

Post breakfast, visit the World-famous Taj Mahal, built by Mughal Emperor Shah Jehan in the year 1652 as a memorial for his beloved wife Mumtaz Mahal. It took 22 years to create this jewel.
Agra Fort - four successive rulers helped create this massive fort. Tomb of Itmad-ud-Daullah – built by Empress Noorjehan in memory of her father. Rest of the day at leisure. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 11: Agra – Jhansi (By Train) – Panna National Park (200 Kms – 4 Hrs)

Post breakfast, check out from the hotel and transfer to Railway Station for train to Jhansi. Arrive at Jhansi Railway Station and leave for Panna National Park by surface, a heaven for India’s wildlife, and check-in at your wilderness lodge. Time to relax. Overnight stay at the lodge.

Day 12: Panna National Park

Rise early this morning for a game drive in Panna National Park aboard a jeep, spotting crocodiles or perhaps the elusive Bengal tiger. Learn how a successful conservation program has grown the park’s tiger population, increasing the odds of a sighting. Return to the lodge to savour a Chef ’s Table experience featuring an Indian cooking demonstration, as your lodge’s chef prepares local delicacies for lunch.
Enjoy an afternoon game drive before returning to the lodge. Overnight stay at the lodge.

Day 13: Panna National Park – Khajuraho (50 Kms – 1 Hr)

Post breakfast, check out from the lodge and leave for Khajuraho by surface. Arrive at Khajuraho and check-in at the hotel.
Khajuraho – was the first capital of pre-Mughal Chandela’s, who rose to rule the region in the 09th Century. Ethereal, enchanting and erotic Khajuraho is more than just a temple town where a millennium of erotica captured in stones for the World to see, where love is divine and its expression sublime, a land where every stone has a tale to tell.
In evening, enjoy cultural show or witness Sound and Light Show. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 14: Khajuraho

Post breakfast, Temple tour of Khajuraho. Morning, visit the world famous Chandela Temples. These cluster of temples depicting human passions famous for their erotic carvings - built in the 10th and 11th centuries AD. Of the 85 original temples, 22 still survive-a joyful ode to life, depicted some of the most exquisite specimens of Hindu architecture and sculpture. It depicts images of gods and goddesses, warriors and musicians, real and mythological animals. It is an appeal to the Celestial women and all her marriott moods- her playfulness, her seductive ways, her infinite beauty rendered with love and exquisite artisians for future generation to know and cherish.
Of the two groups of temples - Western and Eastern - important temples to visit are - Kandariya Mahadev, Chaunsath Yogini, Chitragupta, Lakshmana, Devi Jagdamba, Parvati, Vishvanath Temple and Nandi, Paraswanath and Adinath. Return to the hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 15: Khajuraho – Varanasi

Post breakfast, check out from the hotel and transfer to the airport for flight to Varanasi. Upon arrival at Varanasi Airport, transfer to the hotel and check-in at the hotel. Time to relax.
Afternoon, visit to Sarnath- the holy shrine of the Buddhist where LORD BUDHA preached his first sermon after he had gained Enlightenment. At dusk, beside the Ganges River, witness the aarti ceremony. Chanted prayers and rhythmic drumming fill the air as you watch lantern-bearing priests bid the gods and goddesses a restful slumber. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 16: Varanasi – Delhi

Rise early for a sunrise boat on the Ganges River to observe life along the ghats (stone steps leading down to the river), as locals and pilgrims come to cleanse themselves, literally and spiritually, in the sacred waters. Return to the hotel.
After breakfast, time to relax. Later, check out from the hotel and transfer to the airport for flight to Delhi. Upon arrival at Delhi airport, transfer to the hotel and check-in at the hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 17: Delhi

After breakfast, morning half day city tour of Old Delhi visiting Raj Ghat - The Mausoleum of Mahatma Gandhi. Jama Masjid - the biggest Mosque in India and drive past Red Fort and tricycle tour of Chandini Chowk.
Afternoon, half day city tour of New Delhi visiting drive past President House, Parliament House (House of Representatives) and India Gate - War Memorial (stop for photography), Qutab Minar - 72.55 meters, high Victory Tower, Humayun's Tomb - built of red sandstone and is a first substantial example of the Mughal architecture. If time permits visit Bahai Temple (lotus temple).
Evening transfer to hotel near airport for dinner and then transfer to international airport to fly back home / onward destination.
