PROJECT TIGER EXPEDITION – 2023
Imbue yourself to take this adventurous journey of 16 days to celebrate the epic milestone of the 50th anniversary of Project Tiger, one of the World’s most successful conservation programs in India. The objectives of Project Tiger were clear- saving Royal Bengal Tigers from getting extinct. The journey of increasing the tiger population has not been easy. From turning hunting grounds to tiger reserves, India has shown its magic of conserving wildlife in general. They have also updated the acts regarding forest and wildlife. A proper habitat has been created for the Tigers to hunt, live and survive. The project is still going on and will continue until the Tigers don’t come out of the endangered species category. We have specially designed this program starting from India’s capital, Delhi which is the second-wealthiest city of India after Mumbai. Delhi is of great historical significance as an important commercial, transport, and cultural hub as well as the political centre of India. The next destination is Jaipur - the pink city of India, given the colour coat of pink, a century ago in the honour of a visiting Prince of Wales, Albert Edward, the eldest son of Queen Victoria, ever since it has retained the pink colour. You would be visiting Agra to witness the most romantic building in the World, THE TAJ MAHAL. Your journey takes you to visit three iconic National Parks set up under the Project Tiger namely Ranthambore National Park, Kanha National Park, and Kaziranga National Park to show you the dynamic predator in the wild symbolises the magnificence, power, beauty, bravery, and valor. Tiger also has a significant place in Hindu Mythology is the vehicle of Goddess Durga which is widely worshipped throughout India. An unforgettable wildlife experience awaits you to explore!
